I created this sculpture for the Boom Festival, which is a biennial festival taking place in Portugal. Trilobites gave me an immediate source of inspiration as they populated the geologic park hosting the festival. Indeed one of the major sites of the geopark is Penha Garcia, where fossil burrows of trilobites are exceptionally preserved.

With this paleontologic emotions in mind, I created this trilobitic sculpture by reinterpreting a trilobite and its trace.
